Where
are you located?

How
much do programs cost?
The fee for an 8-week session (dance
or gymnastics) is $80.
What
if I can't pay the fee—can my child still participate?
Kidnetic Energy strives to allow
any child with a disability to participate regardless
of financial ability to pay. Scholarships
are available according to need.
Can
my disabled child's non-disabled sibling participate
too?
We open registration to children with disabilities first. Applications for children without disabilities will be accepted after the deadline for children with disabilities has occurred.
Must
I get a physician's signature?
Yes. A physician's signature is required before a child can participate in class.
Do
parents assist their child during class?
Whether a parent or caregiver assists their child
during class is decided on an individual basis
depending on the level of the child's need for
assistance and on the parent's comfort level.
Please feel free to discuss this with a Kidnetic
Energy instructor.
How
long are the classes?
Each class lasts for one hour; however, class length is at the discretion of the teacher. Any decision regarding class length is made for the benefit of the class participants. Each program lasts for 8 weeks. One class out of 8 may be used for a recital or performance. Kidnetic Energy plans to offer class programs in the fall, winter, spring and summer.
Can
I drop my child off for class?
No. Parents are required to remain at the facility for the duration of the class.
What
qualifications do teachers and volunteers have?
Kidnetic Energy teachers are trained professionals (therapists and other medical or health professionals) or have received training from trained professionals. Volunteers are often physical therapy college students or high school students with an interest in working with children with disabilities. Each teacher and volunteer will receive information about each child participant's medical history.
