Kidnetic Energy offers
dance and gymnastics classes for special needs children
up to age 18. Our classes, which are offered in 8-week
programs, are held every Sunday afternoon unless noted
on our calendar due to
a holiday or other reason. Each class lasts for one
hour. Please note that class length and class size
are decisions that are made at the discretion of the
instructor. These decisions are made to maximize the
benefit each child receives.
Our classes are designed
and supervised by physical therapists with experience
in working with children with special needs. Trained
volunteers will be assisting and may include college
students in professional therapy programs. All of
our instructors and volunteers have undergone background
checks prior to their affiliation with Kidnetic Energy.
Most importantly, our instructors and volunteers are
eager to bring recreation and fun to children through
dance and gymnastics!
The cost of each 8-week program is $80.00
(for either dance or gymnastics classes). This fee
covers only a small portion of the costs incurred
in offering our classes. No child will be prohibited
from participation, however, due to an inability to
pay. We offer scholarships
according to need.
Current programs include dance and
gymnastics. Future classes are planned for yoga and
cheerleading. Be sure to check back to our website
